TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made online or by mailing in a check. A convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments. If paying by check, please select the “Mail-in Payment” option on the payment page. To request an invoice or W9, email info@greatrivermba.com. Payments must be received within 30 days of registration. If payment has not been received 30 days past registration, a 10% late fee will be applied. Payments over 30 days past registration and after March 1st, will incur another 10% late fee. All registrations after March 1st must be paid in full online by credit card.

NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

 

MEMBER PRICE VERIFICATION

The published registration rates are subject to the membership status of your company at the start of the conference. Should your company's membership status change between the time of registration and the start of the conference, you may be subject to a change in your rate. If your registration has been done incorrectly, the difference is due.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

Send requests to info@greatrivermba.com with “GRC24 Substitutions” as the subject. Substitutions are at no charge through March 15, 2024. Substitutions as of March 16, 2024, will acquire a $25 processing fee. To guarantee that your name and company will appear on the final registration list, your substitution request must be received on or before March 15, 2024.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

 

FOR ATTENDEES

Send requests to info@greatrivermba.com with “GRC24 Cancellation Request” as the subject.

 

Cancellations received by March 15, 2024: Full refund minus credit card fees and $25 processing fee. Non-payments will be invoiced accordingly and payment must be paid. If invoice is not paid, the attendee can be denied to attend future GRC events.

 

Cancellations received on or after March 16, 2024: No Refunds for Cancellations. Non-payments will be invoiced accordingly and payment must be paid. If the invoice is not paid, the attendee can be denied to attend future GRC events.

 

SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If any person who registered as part of any special pricing with group discounted rates cancels their registration, the standard Cancellations and Refunds policy will apply. In addition, the group discounted rates will be adjusted as applicable.

 

FOR EXHIBITORS & SPONSOR CANCELLATION

Your Exhibit Space and/or Sponsorship for GRC is considered confirmed upon the receipt of your registration.

In the event your Exhibit or Sponsorship should be canceled, GRC would be in a difficult position to rebook the space or reorder the branded materials and would realize damages as a result of the cancellation. In an effort to maintain the best possible relationship, GRC provides the following refund policy:

 

On or before December 31, 2023, the vendor is entitled to a 75% refund.

From January 1-31, 2024, the vendor is entitled to a 50% refund. If Exhibitor or Sponsor has a branded item or service which has already been purchased and the cost exceeds 50% of the Sponsorship Fee, then the refund will reflect the remainder after our expenses.

 

If an Exhibitor or Sponsor cancels on or after February 1, 2024, the vendor will not receive a refund. If any Exhibitor or Sponsor has not made a payment, the payment will be still due, and the Terms & Conditions of payment above will apply.

EXHIBITOR TEAR DOWN POLICY

Exhibitor shall not initiate tearing down, packing, or abandoning of exhibit prior to the close of the exhibition hall without giving at least a 24-hour notice to a GRC staff member. In the event that an Exhibitor needs to leave early, the Exhibitor must make arrangements beforehand to avoid being a distraction or disturbance to Attendees and fellow Exhibitors. Please email info@greatrivermba.com to make arrangements to dismantle before the scheduled closing time. Any exhibitor that begins dismantling, packing, or altering the appearance of their exhibit prior to the official close of exhibits will be in non-compliance, and the Exhibitor at fault will incur a $500 donation processed from the credit card placed on file at the time of registration. The donation will go to the GRC’s 2024 charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

 

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. No information is sold to anyone. NO AUDIO OR VIDEOTAPING OF THE PROGRAM PERMITTED.
