Great River MBA Conference Supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®
The 2024 Great River MBA Conference raised $3,011 for St. Jude, thanks to our generous Attendees and Sponsors.
Mission.
The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
Our money at work.
Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
The Great River MBA Conference will be supporting this wonderful hospital throughout our conference this year. Funds raised will go to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. It costs a lot for St. Jude to cure a child with cancer using the latest technologies and care, but because of charitable giving, the price for patient families is $0. The majority of St. Jude funding comes from individual contributors, and with that being the case, St. Jude has the freedom to focus on what matters most — saving kids regardless of their financial situation.
Worldwide.
St. Jude has treated children from all 50 states and from around the world. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
But they don’t stop there. St. Jude freely shares the breakthroughs it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
Join us.
Many families come to St. Jude thinking it’s like any other hospital. They expect to pay high fees to get their child the best care.
They’re overwhelmed with gratitude when they learn we’ll work to save their child’s life for free using world-class care.
