Alex Joyner has been with First Option Mortgage since joining the industry in 2021 and currently serves as the Marketing & Events Supervisor. With a focus on technology and innovation, Alex drives strategic marketing and executes impactful events across the country.
She has been a featured speaker at AI Accelerate and was selected as a Women with Vision Award winner in 2022. Through a commitment to excellence and passion for embracing technological advancements, Alex plays a pivotal role in positioning First Option as a leader in the dynamic mortgage landscape.
Alex is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia and currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, their dog, and their three-legged cat. She loves traveling, live music, and watching Jeopardy nightly.

Kiran Shah leads First Option Mortgage sales teams located in Georgia and Texas. She also directs ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets.
Kiran began her career soon after graduation as a processor and learned about the mortgage industry ground up. She later was an account executive and trainer for World Savings Bank and Wachovia for the southeast region.
An entrepreneur, she started an independent insurance agency in Georgia in 2008. The agency provided Property & Casualty, Life & Health products for 8 years and she sold the agency in 2014.
She joined First Option Mortgage in 2014 and was responsible for growth and development. She now has 13 branches in three states, 75 team members, and $49 Million a month in production.
Recently, Kiran embarked on a new venture as the founder of Nxt G3N Media, a cutting-edge media agency specializing in lead generation solutions tailored exclusively for First Option Mortgage. Nxt G3N Media leverages AI technology, including their chat bot, MAIA, and lead conversion algorithms, to enhance lead acquisition efforts in the mortgage market. Their comprehensive services encompass digital marketing, content creation, and brand development.
As a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience in sales, growth, and development, Kiran is known for her leadership. She values integrity, unity, diversity, and most of all her team. Every member is an integral part and plays an important role in the success of the team.
Kiran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. She is married and a mother of two boys. Kiran enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
