As a professional advocate, Colin has a decade and a half of Washington DC experience. In his 7 years with the National Association of REALTORS® he has worked on issues ranging from federal housing programs to tax issues to emerging technologies in the real estate sector. Prior to joining the REALTORS® organization Colin worked as a policy advisor to Senator Lindsey Graham from South Carolina where he handled the financial services, tax and technology portfolios. Colin is a graduate of the University of Virginia and an alumnus of Professor Larry Sabato’s Center for Politics.

Christopher M. George, Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association, is the founder, President and CEO of CMG Financial, a privately held Mortgage Bank, headquartered in San Ramon, California. The company conducts business in 50 states and the District of Columbia and holds federal agency lending approvals with HUD, VA, RHS, GNMA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Founded in 1993, the company is widely known for responsible lending practices, industry and consumer advocacy, market innovation and operational agility. Under George's direction, CMG Financial has developed into a robust firm making its products and services available to the market nationally through three distinct origination channels including wholesale, correspondent and retail lending which also serves the home builder, real estate and credit union communities. CMG Financial offers a variety of home financing solutions including their proprietary products and programs, such as the All In One Home LoanTM, which facilitates faster loan payoff, and HomeFundItTM, to enable buyers to raise their down payment.

In addition to his role at CMG Financial, George has served on the MBA's Board of Directors since 2012, is a member of MBA's Independent Mortgage Bankers Executive Council and MBA's Consumer Affairs Advisory Council, as well as an active member of MBA's advocacy efforts. George serves on the Board of Directors for MBA's Opens Doors FoundationTM. He is the immediate past Chairman of MBA's Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Additionally, George is past Chairman for California Mortgage Bankers Association and has served on many advisory boards and task forces within the industry.

In 2012, George established the CMG Foundation, a philanthropic endeavor to support non-profit organizations at both the community and national levels. To date the CMG Foundation has provided valued funding for the Gary Sinise Foundation's R.I.S.E. program, MBA's Opens Doors FoundationTM, Homes for Our Troops, and the Cancer Support Community SF Bay Area programs, as well as benefitting a host of other local organizations.

Angie received her real estate license in 2003 and began working with her mom, Karen Crowson, who was the Arkansas REALTORS Association President in 2006. Angie immediately became involved in local, State, and National Association of REALTORS.

 

Angie has served on almost all of the committees at her local board, the South Central Arkansas REALTORS Association. She was named her local REALTOR of the year in 2007. At the state level since 2004 Angie has served on several committees including, Public Relations, Legislative, Convention, Professional Standards, Governing Documents, and Safety. She Chaired Public Relations in 2012. 

 

Angie is a 2008 Graduate of the Arkansas REALTORS Leadership Academy and has been an ARPAC Major Investor since 2008. Angie has also served on the Arkansas REALTORS Association Board of Directors since 2007, she has served on the Executive Committee as District 4 Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, President-Elect, and the 2019 President of the Arkansas REALTORS Association. 

 

Angie is the Executive Broker at Crye-Leike REALTORS in Benton, and her and her mother maintain the Diamond Level in Residential Sales in their market area.

Brenda has owned an independent office called Heritage Realty in Odessa, Missouri for more than 40 years. She actively lists, sells, provides property management and has been a general appraiser since 1977.

 

Brenda started her real estate association service in 1983 with the Eastern Jackson County Board of REALTORS® that later evolved into Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® (KCRAR).

 

Brenda served as President of KCRAR in 2013 and served as a director of Heartland MLS for four years. She has been active within Missouri REALTORS® and chaired many committees. Brenda has been a director of the National Association of REALTORS® for six years.

 

She received the REALTOR® of the Year Award from KCRAR in 2008 and REALTOR® of the Year from Missouri REALTORS® in 2013. Brenda was local Women’s Council of REALTORS® President in 1997 and State Chapter President in 2003.

Adam Watkins began his career in real estate in 1999 and is Broker Associate & Listing Partner for The All-Star Team REALTORS® in Hattiesburg, MS.  He holds several designations, including Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS), Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) and Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB), and is a Major Investor with MARPAC.  Adam is a 2002 Summa Cum Laude graduate of William Carey University where he earned his business degree with emphasis in Finance and Economics (B.S.B), and he holds a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tulane University. He is currently President of the MS Realtors, and is a past president of the Hattiesburg Area Association of REALTORS.  Adam has served in leadership on all levels, most recently serving as Chair of NAR’s Research Committee.  

Adam and his wife, Amelia, reside in Petal and have two daughters, Abigail and Hannah.
