Nicole is an experienced executive coach, strategist and speaker with a passion for helping professional women become their best selves by seizing opportunities and overcoming barriers. After spending 20 years climbing the corporate ladder, she formed Bright Blue Consulting in 2017. Bright Blue is a Nashville-based organization that offers executive coaching and strategic planning services to a variety of organizations ranging from startups to non-profits to Fortune 50 companies.
Nicole’s executive coaching, team coaching and leadership training is rooted in the latest research around what really works for women at work – and in our lives outside of work. She is often asked to speak to groups on a variety of topics, including the power of self-advocacy and self-promotion, how to identify and change the behaviors standing in your way, and finding equilibrium between work and the rest of life.
Nicole holds an MBA with a concentration in strategy from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she founded the school's first MBA association for women. She holds an executive coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching, is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has experience in a variety of coaching methods.
Nicole resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her two young sons and architect husband. She is committed to causes advocating children and women’s rights, including currently serving on the Mayor’s Parent Cabinet for Nashville Metro Schools, a former Board Chair for Our Kids and serving in volunteer roles at the Entrepreneur Center, Priest Elementary School, Our Kids and the Sexual Assault Center (SAC), all located in Nashville.

Tricia Migliazzo is Vice President of Member Engagement at the Mortgage Bankers Association in Washington, DC. Ms. Migliazzo’s responsibilities include leading MBA’s residential recruiting and residential member engagement initiatives nationwide. She has formed and currently leads a Strategic Member Relations team that develops, strengthens and manages personal relationships with senior executives at the Association’s member companies, in order to maximize the value of their MBA membership and engagement. The team coordinates and facilitates integration of member companies across MBA, by connecting them to the MBA resources that support their individual needs.
Ms. Migliazzo brings to MBA over 15 years of management experience in the mortgage banking industry. She joins MBA from Lenders One/Altisource Portfolio Solutions, where she most recently served as Director of Business Development/Capital Markets/AFO, growing the cooperative by recruiting members and investor partners while influencing program and product utilization for increased revenue growth.
Prior to joining Lenders One in 2006, Ms. Migliazzo was Director of Operations/Business Development at a mid-size national retail mortgage bank where she diversified product and business divisions/segments to increase market share, expanded target markets, and implemented policies and procedures to adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines. Before that, she held positions in finance and administration in the health care industry.
