After 12 years as a former championship basketball coach and math teacher at Riverdale High School, Brandon Burks utilizes a unique home buying process to educate his borrowers. His goal is that his clients always walk away feeling empowered about their home purchase. As Tennessee’s Regional Sales Manager, Brandon demonstrates a strong commitment to helping FirstBank Mortgage reach its goals and ensure the teams’ continued success while providing excellent service to our customers.

In Brandon's time with FirstBank Mortgage, he has consistently executed record-setting months and brought his passion for winning to the mortgage division. He led FirstBank Mortgage in 2018 with a record of 353 units and $80,980,281 in volume, along with being named the Outstanding Producer of the Year and inducted into FirstBank Mortgage Chairman's Club. Also, for the past five years, Brandon ranked in the top 150 mortgage originators in the nation by the Scotsman Guide. He was awarded the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Diamond Award of Excellence for the past three years, exceeding $50,000,000 each year, and was named the 2018 Ruthies Awards Winner for Favorite Mortgage Loan Officer.

Originally from Woodbury, TN, Brandon attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he received his Bachelor of Mathematics and his Master of Business Administration. Brandon currently resides in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife, Nicole, and children, Addison and Colton.

Olivia serves on the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas lending her expertise to her peers and industry. She actively participates in Young Professionals Network among other community events.  Olivia is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Little Rock Realtor Association.

Michelle Dugan has been named as one of 2018’s Top 50 Leading Business Women by Mississippi Business Journal, named as a finalist for 2018 Business Woman of the Year for Mississippi, 2016 Next 40 Mortgage Professionals to Watch by National Mortgage Professional Magazine, 2015 Top 3 finalist for Mortgage Broker of the Year by Clarion-Ledger Newspaper, and currently serves as 1st Officer of Central Mississippi MBA. She attributes her rise in the industry to her relentless pursuit of education and formation of relationships within the mortgage industry. Michelle co-leads an online mastermind of nearly 300 mortgage professionals across the country and is regularly a featured guest in mortgage publications. Michelle Dugan is the owner of MS Lending, LLC, based in Madison, Mississippi, where she resides with her husband and three beautiful children. When she isn’t focusing on the growth of her company she can be found volunteering locally, working out, or singing karaoke with her four-year-old daughter.

Christopher M. George, Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association, is the founder, President and CEO of CMG Financial, a privately held Mortgage Bank, headquartered in San Ramon, California. The company conducts business in 50 states and the District of Columbia and holds federal agency lending approvals with HUD, VA, RHS, GNMA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Founded in 1993, the company is widely known for responsible lending practices, industry and consumer advocacy, market innovation and operational agility. Under George's direction, CMG Financial has developed into a robust firm making its products and services available to the market nationally through three distinct origination channels including wholesale, correspondent and retail lending which also serves the home builder, real estate and credit union communities. CMG Financial offers a variety of home financing solutions including their proprietary products and programs, such as the All In One Home LoanTM, which facilitates faster loan payoff, and HomeFundItTM, to enable buyers to raise their down payment.

In addition to his role at CMG Financial, George has served on the MBA's Board of Directors since 2012, is a member of MBA's Independent Mortgage Bankers Executive Council and MBA's Consumer Affairs Advisory Council, as well as an active member of MBA's advocacy efforts. Taylor Nedrow's Bio

Taylor Nedrow is a Sr. Mortgage Banker with Flat Branch Home Loans and has been in the industry since 2006. Taylor is passionate about educating and advising his clients about the importance of credit, how it works, and the benefits of building it. In his time as an originator, he has helped over 1,000 families achieve their goal of home ownership all while staying true to his tag line "It's not a file, it's a family." In addition to originating mortgage loans, Taylor has served on his local Mortgage Bankers Association of Kansas City completing his term as President in 2014.  He is currently serving the Mortgage Bankers Association of Missouri and will be sworn in as Vice Chairman at the end of the 2019 Great River Conference. Taylor deals with the stress of the mortgage industry by playing golf, traveling with his wife and dog, and getting carried by his eleven year old nephew in Fortnite. Taylor attributes much of his success to a structured morning routine that starts with a 5:30 am CrossFit class.​​
