Mortgage Production Manager
Karley Bond was born and raised in West Tennessee and presently resides in Jackson, TN. She received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Mississippi with a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Real Estate. Karley also obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Union University.
Karley has been employed with Regions Mortgage for 14 years and is an Area Manager for West Tennessee. She has received numerous awards including Chairman’s Club, Top Performer’s Club, President’s Cup, Summit Award, Pyramid of Excellence, and the prestigious Diamond Award. Karley has enjoyed being an active board member for the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association and is presently serving as the Immediate Past President.
She has enjoyed serving on various boards in her community and participating in community service-related organizations. She is a sustainer and Past President of the Jackson Service League which is a non-profit that serves women and children. Karley is a member of the 2011 Leadership Jackson class as well as Jackson’s Finest Young Professionals class of 2011.
In her spare time, she is a Co-Director for the Miss TriStar/Miss West Tennessee Scholarship Pageant that is a preliminary to Miss Tennessee Volunteer. Karley is married and has three children ages 12, 8, and 4. They keep her very busy with all their activities and she loves every minute of it. She also enjoys going to the river, watching Ole Miss football, cooking, and traveling.

I am originally from Bentonville, AR and a Graduate of the University of Arkansas relocating to the Kansas City Area in 2009. I am a diehard Kansas City Chiefs Fan (Go CHIEFS). I love to travel, attend sporting events, try new restaurants and spend time with my family. I’ve been in the mortgage business since 2009, focusing on the residential market. My goal is to educate borrowers about all of their options as well as the mortgage process in today’s lending environment. My plan is to tailor financing to my clients unique requirements and goals. Weather I have a client refinancing a mortgage, building a new home, or buying property for the first time, I pride myself in providing a smooth, respectful, and pleasant transaction. My ultimate goal is to be looked at as a trusted advisor by all clients and referral partners.
Kevin is a local Chattanoogan and graduated from The University of Tennessee in Chattanooga with a BS in Finance. After almost a decade in retail management taking him to Memphis and then New Orleans, he then moved back to Chattanooga in 2016. Kevin started in the industry working with his brother, Brian Currier, as a loan officer assistant at Movement Mortgage where he learned all about the business. In April of 2017 Kevin became a producing loan officer where he focused on building relationships with realtors and sharpening his skills as a loan officer. In September of 2018 Kevin moved to CMG Financial where he opened a whole new branch in downtown Chattanooga. Kevin has grown his team and production to be in the top 20 lenders of Chattanooga and top 25 in his company. This year, Kevin has the honor of being President of the Chattanooga Mortgage Bankers Association.
Kevin and his partner Jody recently bought a house on Lookout Mountain where they reside with their fur child Dodger. In his free time, Kevin likes to travel, go out on the lake, play tennis, and is on an adult kickball team, Pitches Be Crazy.

Fairway Independent Mortgage
Mollie Guess is currently a Mortgage Loan Officer for Fairway Independent Mortgage covering the Greater Hattiesburg Area and the MS Gulf Coast. Prior to starting with Fairway in December 2020, she was an MLO for Keesler Federal Credit Union for 5 years where she covered Jackson, Hattiesburg and the Gulf Coast of MS. Mollie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Belhaven University where she graduated in 2013 with honors. She has achieved several certifications since then including a Certified Residential Underwriter designation through the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Mollie resides in Petal, MS with her husband Josh, their son Mason, and dog Ollie. She is an active member of the community, putting in a lot of time and commitment with the Petal Jaycees, which is part of a broader international auxiliary association dedicated to community involvement and improvement. In her free time, she enjoys reading books by Jon Gordon, and playing softball with other women in her community.
VP / Mortgage Loan Manager
David Norris is a Senior Vice President and Mortgage Loan Manager for Arvest Bank’s Mortgage Division in Central Arkansas. He’s been with Arvest since 2009 and has been in residential mortgage lending since 2012. David started his mortgage lending career in Central Arkansas where in 2016, David was recognized as one of Arvest Bank’s Best of the Best for total unit production. He was also voted on by readers of Arkansas Life Magazine as an industry favorite! In 2018, David was promoted to mortgage lender supervisor of Arvest Bank’s newly acquired footprint in Northeast Arkansas. In 2019, David’s team closed 219 loans for $34 million in production in the first full year of loan origination for Arvest Bank in Northeast Arkansas. In early 2020, David was promoted to Mortgage Loan Manager in Central Arkansas. 2020 produced record volume which saw his team reach over $178 million in total volume production. His team’s focus is on personalized service and a customized approach to each customer needing financing.
David is an active board member for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas.
David has been married for 13 years and he and his wife Sarah have two daughters, four and seven years old.
