Paul Drobot is the Vice President of Sales for SimpleNexus. With over 11 years of experience in helping lenders select, deploy and adopt mortgage origination technology, Paul understands what it takes for a lender to successfully introduce new technology into their organization.
At SimpleNexus, Drobot’s wide-ranging responsibilities span all revenue-generating activities, including new business development, coaching/mentorship of the sales team, and assisting with complex integrations. Paul has been professionally recognized with the HousingWire Insiders Award for his vital and dynamic contributions while helping SimpleNexus grow to over 20,000 users and partner with 15 of the top 25 lenders.
In addition to working with mortgage lenders, Paul has a passion for being with family and playing soccer regularly, when he isn’t traveling for work.

Director, Partner Relationships
Christy Moss recently joined FormFree as Director, Partner Relations, working with lenders and industry partners to connect lenders and partners to FormFree. FormFree is a leader in the industry, introducing AccountChek, automated asset validation back in 2016. FormFree is helping to drive the digital transformation of the mortgage industry. Moss has over 30 years experience in the mortgage industry focusing on helping lenders achieve their strategic goals and objectives. In her role at FormFree, the 30 year veteran is working to strengthen and grow industry partnerships and cultivate internal sales talent.
Prior to joining FormFree, Moss spent 11 years with Fannie Mae as part of the Strategic Business and Relationship team working to drive adoption and utilization of Fannie Mae tools and products.
Moss received her CMB designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2017 and has a bachelor of arts in Public Relations and Communications from Georgia State University.
Christina Randolph's Bio
Senior Manager, Single-Family Strategic Technology Partnerships
With a career spanning more than 20 years in the mortgage industry, Christina has held various roles in sales, operations, and software implementations and product management. Her combined expertise in lending and origination technology has provided invaluable hands-on experience in the loan manufacturing process and has led to a passionate view of the impactful role that technology plays in the evolution of the mortgage lending experience for both consumers and lenders.
As part of the Loan Advisor Strategy & Integration group, Christina has responsibility over Freddie Mac’s point-of-sale and digital verification partnerships, which involves collaborating with industry-leading data providers and digital lending platforms to optimize the distribution of innovative solutions to mutual customers who are looking to transform their mortgage business. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Christina held a similar role managing customer implementations and digital partnerships at Fannie Mae.
Will Vickers's Bio
Vice President of Industry Technology
Will Vickers is Vice President of Industry Technology for Arch Mortgage Insurance Company. Will is responsible for managing Arch’s Digital channel, building strategic relationships with industry technology providers, and for providing value-adding technology consulting for Arch MI customers. Will has 32 years of experience in financial services technology with Arch MI, Black Knight Financial Services, Wachovia Bank Mortgage, and three other MI firms.
Will is starting his 15th year as an active participant in MISMO - the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization - where he is a member of the MI Community of Practice and the Membership and Revenue committee.
Shabnam Zaidi's Bio
Product Development Business Lead - DU Validation Service
Shabnam Zaidi leads Product Management for the Desktop Underwriter Validation Service – one of the three Day 1 Certainty offerings. In this role, she partners with key stakeholders to develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, market rollout and reporting.
She has held several roles at Fannie Mae including leading the Business Analysis team on the Single Family Data Warehouse, where her team was responsible for managing the business and data requirements on Casefile repository that houses Desktop Underwriter® data that provided business-critical insights for informed decision making and improved operations. Data and requirement management lead on the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) - where she was responsible for defining and, implementing business rules, product requirements, and go to market strategy product strategy.
Ms. Zaidi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology- India, and is a Certified Product Owner and Agile practitioner.
