Christy Long Hoskins is the founder of Professionalpedia, a consulting, training, and executive resources company.  Prior to Professionalpedia she spent nearly two decades in the mortgage industry, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategy for First Community Mortgage, a retail, wholesale, and correspondent lender.  Hoskins recently served on the board of the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association (TNMBA), and is a past President of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association.  In 2017 she was awarded the first-ever National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Nashville Spirit Award.  Hoskins was honored with the inaugural Greater Nashville Association of Realtors' Affiliate of the Year Award in 2016 and the TNMBA Community Development Award in 2015. While at Genworth Financial Mortgage Insurance, (formerly GE) she created the company’s first national social media training for Realtors and Loan Officers and won both the Leadership Screen and Ideation Awards for her conceptualization of their first mobile app. 


Christy’s expertise in mortgage also includes launching a startup mortgage company, creating new business development models, mortgage operations, originating, and success as a multiple award-winning AE.  She has served as a consultant, national trainer, and public speaker to professionals across the country including business leaders, sales teams, and associations covering topics as diverse as strategy, sales, marketing, social media, personal branding, recruiting, relationship selling and emotional intelligence.
